THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW:

- FICO Score 620+

- Renters Insurance REQUIRED (Must Provide Proof at time of Move-in)

- If you do not provide Renters Insurance; you will be automatically enrolled in Liability Insurance.

- Each Occupant over 18 must complete a rental application & submit photo ID.

- Verifiable Income must be at least 2.5 TIMES the amount of the rent.

- A NON-Refundable $30 Application Fee per applicant is payable online or Money Order delivered to the office. (Applications will not be processed without payment.)
